Located in The Outlets of Little Rock Part-time, Every Weekend.

Duties:

Guide guests through experiences (approximately 30 or 60 min) while providing story details and assistance in character Reset game pieces during or after each experience Provide debriefing of experience while in character Admin tasks such as managing bookings, answering telephone, etc. Routine cleaning of facility Make minor repairs as necessary to keep game pieces operational Positive attitude. Arrive at work on-time and ready to work. Get along with other amazing co-workers

Qualifications:

Prefer some acting or improvisational experience. Please list on resume any and all experience. Ability to put smiles on faces and make people happy. You will get to pick your own persona and develop a character that you can make people believe. (Where else can you work and be someone different than yourself!) Ability to maintain a character for a full shift. Provide your own outfit. Ability to multitask and manage multiple groups at once Memorization of key story elements for several experiences Problem solving Attention to detail Customer service and entertainment experience is a plus Ability to quickly and continuously move around the space for a full shift (this is a physical role that requires constant attention across 10,000 square feet) and high energy. Must be available weekends and some holidays Resume must include legal name and preferred name as well If they are not the same. Pay Starts at $12.50 plus tips and can increase at 90 days based on performance. Most staff averages and extra $2-6 and hour additional in additional to hourly rate. •This is a high energy, physically demanding role across a large space. •Please provide all acting experience on your resume by what role, month/year.
