I am looking for somebody to help as early as today, but I need help Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I’m looking for one person to work all thsedays. If you cannot work all three days then please do not . This will be working a food truck making the basics of tacos, nachos taco salad, burritos sandwiches loaded mac & cheese all coming off of a high paste Food trailer. You do not have to have kitchen experience, but you do have to have common sense. It is very easy, but it is a very long day. I need somebody who can work the long hours. Today will be as soon as possible and the rest of the week will be starting about 2 o’clock and go until probably around 10 o’clock or midnight. Principals only.
