Operations and Product Specalist Momentum Electric Marine USA Inc Melbourne, FL 32935 We’re seeking an enthusiastic Operations and Product Specialist to support our operations, train to provide technical support for our electric outboard motors and TKO Jetboards, create engaging social media content, and occasionally assist at trade shows. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to blend hands-on operations, technical learning, creative content creation, and event support in a dynamic, marine-focused environment. Plus, you’ll get hands-on access to our exciting demo assets, including electric outboard motors and TKO Jetboards, to test and showcase on the water! Key Responsibilities:

Business Operations:

Assist with inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining efficient processes for Momentum electric outboard motors and TKO Jetboards. Handle receiving, packing, and shipping with precision.

Product Support Training:

Learn to provide basic technical support for our electric outboard motors and TKO Jetboards (e.g., troubleshooting, customer inquiries) with comprehensive training provided.

Social Media Production:

Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X), such as photos, videos, or reels, to showcase the performance and excitement of our electric motors and jetboards. Trade Show Support (Occasional): Assist with setup, customer engagement, and product demonstrations at trade shows and events, showcasing Momentum’s and TKO’s innovative marine products with enthusiasm.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with our team to streamline operations and enhance customer experience. Bring energy and ideas to promote our sustainable marine solutions! Bonus (Not Required): Contribute to additional marketing tasks, such as campaign planning or promotional strategies, if you have the skills or interest.

What We’re Looking For:

A proactive, energetic individual with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. Comfortable with hands-on operational tasks (e.g., lifting up to 50 lbs, organizing inventory). Interest in training to support high-performance electric outboard motors and TKO Jetboards (no prior experience required; we’ll train you!). Ability to produce social media content (e.g., photography, video creation, or editing for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or X; experience is a plus but not required). Enthusiasm for occasional trade show participation, including setup and customer interaction (no prior experience required). Passion for water-based activities (e.g., boating, jetboarding, kayaking, fishing) to connect with our marine-focused brand. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. [

Basic computer skills, familiarity with inventory systems, experience with tools like Canva or basic video editing software, or willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows.]
