Event Set Up
- Sign Holding
- Event Breakdown Report for work on time each day.
Friday will be part set up, part sign holding. Saturday will be all sign holding. Sunday will be part sign holding, part breakdown. For this event, set up and breakdown consists of helping to unload and load our trailer (everything is on wheels). Setting up and breaking down tables.{Tables weigh about 40 lbs) This usually takes about 2 hours. The rest of the day is flying a sign. (If you have health conditions that preclude you from being out in the sun, or standing for long periods, please do not apply) For the sign holding part of the job, you will be transported to the location where you will be waving a sign. Instructions will be provided as to which way to face with the sign, when to take breaks, etc. You will be picked up and returned to the venue at the end of the shift. Successful applicants may bring a small cooler with water, lunch, snacks, each day. Dress comfortably and appropriately for weather conditions, must wear closed toe shoes.
