Description:
The Partnerships Ambassador is responsible for participating in the execution of both gameday and non-game day events in and around the Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale, including but not limited to gameday activations, fan zone, pre-game ceremonies, hospitality experiences and partner special events.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with fan zone activations and special events Arrive early on match days to set up all activation spaces around the Fan Zone Assist with set up, break down, and execution of partner events throughout the year Be knowledgeable of all policies, services, and facility locations inside our stadium Must be fan-friendly and become familiar with the stadium in order to provide accurate directions throughout the stadium All other related duties as required
Requirements:
Available to work all Inter Miami CF home games throughout the season (additional event attendance may be required). Ability to handle multiple task simultaneously in fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible hours including but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays Very strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a passion for providing great customer service required Fluency in English and Spanish a plus A passion for finding solutions and providing unparalleled customer experiences. Must posses reliable transportation to and from work for all games Physically demanding, must be able to move boxes and light equipment All applicants must pass a pre-employment background check.
