Scalehouse Operator Position Available In DeSoto, Florida

Key Responsibilities:

Weigh inbound and outbound tankers and trucks accurately. Perform data entry and generate weight tickets using scale software. Complete bill-out paperwork and process transactions in a timely manner. Handle a large volume of administrative duties including filing, copying, faxing, scanning, and emailing. Maintain communication with drivers, dispatchers, and internal departments via phone and in-person. Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and visitors. Ensure accuracy in recordkeeping and reporting. Maintain a clean and organized scalehouse workspace. Enforce basic site rules and ensure safe, smooth traffic flow in and out of the facility.

Schedule & Expectations:

Shift is 3 PM to 11 PM , currently averaging 6 days/week . Must be available to work 7 days/week during seasonal peaks .

Casual dress code:

T-shirts allowed (no buttons) , close-toed shoes required .
