GAME/EVENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering world-class plus service
Interact with Amalie Arena guests, vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
Adhere to all standard operating procedures and policies
Comply with and adhere to all conduct standards
Successfully perform varied and complex tasks
Maintain a clean and neat appearance during work hours

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Assist conversion technicians with set up and take down of Plaza events
Direct and greet guests as they arrive at the Arena
Respond to and investigate incidents that occur on the East and West Plaza
Manage large crowds pre- and post-event
Manage the lines at the ticket office, Thunder Alley food stands, student rush, and all gates
Provide a clean and safe environment by performing sanitization procedures
Perform other duties, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent Customer Service and Problem-Solving skills
Knowledge and skill in radio communication
Strong Leadership skills with the ability to take and execute directions
Ability to remain calm and focused during times of stress
Excellent verbal communication skills with strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment to diffuse volatile situations
