Role:

We’re seeking a hard-working, reliable, and clean-cut Drum Tech to travel with our band and work closely with our drummer (the backbone of our sound). You’ll be part of a road crew and responsible for the full setup and teardown of a complex drum kit loaded with electronics and sound gear. Must be located in South-east Florida, preferably the Palm Beach or Broward area.

Key Responsibilities:

Load in/load out and stage setup for the drum kit Maintain and troubleshoot drums and electronic components Work well with the sound crew and other roadies Be present during performances for water runs or urgent needs Pack up drums and ensure safe transport after shows Share in loading and unloading of equipment with other road crew members Occasionally drive the equipment van (if eligible)

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in live stage settings and backline support Familiarity with drum kits and electronic gear (a big plus) Physically capable of lifting equipment when necessary Able to travel (multi-day runs and some out-of-state gigs) Works well as part of a team but mainly focused on drum support Clean driving record is a bonus Professional appearance and attitude

Pay:

Gig-based, solid payment after each show. Timeframe may vary but usually within days Travel related expenses covered when on the road. Eg. Hotel, hotel or venue provided meals, unless otherwise stated, not alcohol.
