Key Responsibilities:

Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads via phone, email, and text Build relationships with online shoppers and guide them through the sales process Maintain expert-level knowledge of our product inventory Track and manage leads using CRM tools Collaborate with the in-store sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience ✅

What We’re Looking For:

Previous sales or customer service experience (automotive or powersports preferred) Strong communication skills and attention to detail High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication platforms Flexible availability, including weekends
