Key Responsibilities:
Set up replay systems for all contracted sports, including Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Baseball & Softball. Conduct pre-match checks of systems to ensure smooth operation. Collaborate with system operators, officials, school production staff, and broadcasters both on-site and remotely. Monitor and maintain technology during games to ensure optimal performance. Maintain hardware and equipment throughout the season, with possible off-season work for maintenance. Assist with the installation and testing of new products and services.
Skills:
Background in broadcast/engineering with an understanding of signal flow preferred. Strong technical grounding and proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-pressure, live broadcast environment. Excellent time management and communication skills. Bright, enterprising mindset with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work weekends and federal holidays, recognizing the dynamic nature of our industry.
