Full-Time Position Overview:
As a Powersports Delivery Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the customer experience by prepping and delivering powersports vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, etc.) directly to our customers. You’ll be the final impression of our sales process, ensuring each unit is ready, pristine, and delivered with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and inspect units prior to delivery, including fueling, battery checks, detailing, and verifying accessories. Safely load, transport, and deliver units to customers in a timely and professional manner. Review vehicle features and functions with customers during delivery, answering basic operational questions. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate delivery documentation and scheduling. Perform basic service checks post-prep, identifying any issues before customer handoff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery equipment and prep area. Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL may be preferred). Experience operating and transporting motorcycles, ATVs, and similar vehicles. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment safely. Attention to detail with a proactive mindset. Familiarity with powersports vehicles is a strong plus.
