The Wedding and Event Captain position provides direct support to the Wedding and Private Events Coordinators execution for events. The Wedding and Event Captain will interact with other Mezzanine Catering team members throughout the duration of the event, as well as with guests, and other vendors from different companies. This position requires professional conduct and a positive demeanor. Attention to detail is paramount while organizing excellent events. The Wedding and Event Captain must be well-organized and competent in staff management. Positive and effective communication skills will set apart the best among the candidates.
