Job Description:

As a Wedding DJ Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our event team, helping to ensure every wedding runs smoothly and memorably. You’ll assist with setup, coordinate key moments like grand entrances and speeches, communicate directly with the wedding couple, and support the DJ in executing special requests and moments throughout the celebration.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with setup and breakdown of DJ equipment and gear at wedding venues Coordinate and cue grand entrances, speeches, and special moments as directed Act as a liaison between the DJ and the wedding couple to ensure timing and details are executed perfectly Help manage the flow of the event and make sure all planned activities run smoothly Provide on-site support to the DJ throughout the event

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively during fast-paced events Comfortable working in a team environment and following instructions Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and guests Previous experience in event assistance or hospitality is a plus but not required Reliable transportation and availability to work evenings and weekends (wedding dates)
