Position Overview:

The Mullins Downtown Parks Staff are responsible for supporting public use of the Downtown Parks and Splash Pad by ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Team members will monitor park activity, check equipment for safety, and assist with general upkeep and operations

• -Key Responsibilities
• Monitor the Splash Pad to ensure safe use and identify any hazards
• Inspect playground equipment and park features regularly for cleanliness and safety
• Maintain restroom cleanliness and ensure supplies are stocked
• Secure restrooms and equipment at the close of business or events
• Participate in required training on Splash Pad operations
• Assist with setup and cleanup for special events
• Report safety concerns or maintenance needs to the Development Coordinator
• -Qualifications
• Must be 16-24 years old and eligible to work in the United States
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Punctual, responsible, and able to follow supervision
• Good communication skills and commitment to public safety
• Must complete all required training

• Experience in customer service or facility maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• -Work Schedule
