Drone Surveying Candidate Role and Responsibilities Drone Operation:

. Pilot and operate drones following regulations and safety protocols.

Data Capture:

Collect high-resolution images and data using various drone-mounted sensors (cameras, LiDAR, etc.).

Data Processing:

Utilize software to process aerial data, create 3D models, orthomosaics, and other mapping deliverables.

Surveying and Mapping:

Apply knowledge of surveying principles and techniques to create accurate maps, 3D models, and other spatial data.

Project Management:

Plan and execute drone surveys, ensuring adherence to project specifications and deadlines.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

Analyze collected data to extract meaningful information for various applications.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in GIS software, photogrammetry, and other relevant technologies.

Communication and Collaboration:

Work effectively with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Uncompromising focus on safety excellence. Ability to operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency and in challenging and unique terrain environments. Experience working with GPS control preferred. Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management. Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies. Effective communication skills applicable to position. OSHA / MSHA

/ Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and nights when necessary. Team player. Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
