We are the world’s leading poultry breeding company, developing pedigree lines for the production of broiler chickens and turkeys, and we have several wholly owned operations and joint ventures around the world. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Technical Transfer Manager to join our team and lead technical communications that support best practices in poultry management. This role plays a key part in our global service expansion and knowledge-sharing efforts, demanding a blend of editorial acumen, strategic and practical thinking, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will excel in communicating best practice poultry recommendations, provide expert advice and support, develop new strategies, and be adept at navigating diverse time zones to collaborate effectively with teams worldwide. This is a globally based role open to candidates worldwide. No relocation is required , provided the candidate is based in a region that facilitates efficient international travel. The role reports to a U.S.-based manager and requires flexibility in working across global time zones. Global travel up to 40% is required. Work closely with product development, Technical Service, and Regional Technical Managers to support new product launches and deliver impactful technical advice. Working closely with Technical Transfer colleagues in the production of poultry management communications, ensuring they are editorially/grammatically correct and appropriate for practical and commercial application, and are published to a high standard of quality within brand guidelines. Write, edit, and oversee the development of high-quality technical materials aligned with Aviagen’s editorial style and brand guidelines. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and practical application across five key regions. Engage with external partners to enhance poultry husbandry expertise through trials, seminars, and collaborative projects. Support the integration of e-technology solutions with the Global Technical Systems Team.

Qualifications and Skills:

Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field preferred Strong background in agricultural communications and poultry industry knowledge Proven experience in writing and editing technical content Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills Ability to convey complex technical information clearly across diverse global teams Fluent in English; bilingual preferred Comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Knowledge of digital tools and trends in technical communication
