Work Side-by-Side to Build a Legacy in Visual Storytelling and a camera man If I knew how to do all of this myself, it would already be done. So I need YOU—a highly skilled, experienced, and relentlessly organized creative—to help me shape, build, and launch a massive visual storytelling project. I have hundreds of hours of raw footage, thousands of photos, and a mountain of digital files documenting my career—shows, tours, celebrity encounters, behind-the-scenes moments—all of it needing to be sifted, sorted, structured, and brought to life as compelling photo and video stories. This is NOT an entry-level gig. You must know what you’re doing—and be able to work in-person at my office, side-by-side, until you fully understand the scope and system. Once we have that foundation, some of the work can be done remotely—but this is a hands-on, collaborative build-from-the-ground-up project.

Responsibilities:

Organize and categorize a massive archive of visual media (photos, videos, audio, and documents).

• Work directly with me to understand the history, timeline, and key moments that will form the heart of each story.
• Edit or direct edits for short- and long-form content (30 sec. reels to hour-long episodes).
• Build out content packages to be polished by working with the editor suitable for distribution across all platforms.
• Collaborate with our online marketing team to strategically release content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and more.
• Help create a repeatable content pipeline, staying highly organized with project folders, timelines, and asset libraries.

You MUST Be:

• Experienced in visual storytelling, content creation, editing, or directing.
• Extremely organized—this is a Sea of data, and you’ll need a clear system to keep track.
• Detail-obsessed with a great memory, able to spot patterns and weave a story from raw material.
• file management, cloud storage, basic media workflows.
• A creative partner, not just a technician—someone who can help bring a vision to life.
• Willing to work in-person (initially ) to absorb the full picture, then partially remote as the system becomes efficient.
