Content Manager / Shorts Editor – Hybrid (Palm Beach Gardens)  compensation: 20+ based on experience and performance bonuses We’re growing fast—and we need a reliable, sharp Content Manager / Shorts Editor to help shape the next phase of our media brand. This is not your run-of-the-mill social media gig. We’re looking for someone local to work hybrid—2 days a week in-person at our Palm Beach County office, the rest remote. You’ll have a minimum of 20 hours per week, with plenty of room for growth. ???? About the

Role:

You’ll be editing and managing short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) pulled from podcasts, videos, and written content. You’ll also help run the publishing pipeline across platforms like Substack, YouTube, and more. We reward results. If your content hits, bonuses are on the table. ????

Responsibilities:

Edit Shorts with sharp pacing, captions, and formatting Organize and manage the content calendar Post and optimize content across YouTube, Substack, etc. Assist with strategy, scheduling, and asset management Collaborate directly with the creator for fast, clean turnarounds ✅

Requirements:

Proven experience editing short-form video content Comfortable working 2 days in-person (rest remote) Strong instincts for storytelling, trends, hooks, and pacing Familiarity with tools like Final Cut, CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci Organized, dependable, and focused on performance ????

Compensation:

Hourly or fixed base rate (based on experience) Performance bonuses for high-performing content 20-hour minimum per week ????
