About the Position We are searching for a Project Specification Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. In this position, the successful candidate will support the production staff by editing project specification documents, word processing, and providing general administrative support as needed. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, advanced word processing skills, and a dedication to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Experience and Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA) from an accredited college or university 3-5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, MasterSpecs, and SpecsIntact required Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills Ability to organize and maintain electronic specification project files Experience processing specification revisions and assembling project documents Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work outside of typical hours as project requirements and company needs dictate Must be able to travel occasionally for off-site meetings and events, and maintain a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance Preferred Qualifications Experience with the most current version of SpecsIntact software Previous experience in an administrative or specification-related role in the A/E/C industry About Pond Pond is an award-winning, full-service architecture, engineering, planning, construction management, and environmental services firm providing professional solutions to clients throughout the U.S. and globally for nearly 60 years.
