The Creative Content Specialist is responsible for crafting and distributing engaging content across various mediums to support recruitment, retention, and overall communication efforts at GTCC. This role includes email, print, and digital communication, social media management, and content strategy, ensuring alignment with GTCC’s brand and mission. This position serves as an integral part in content creation for the overall Marketing Team to include photography and video shooting/editing, writing, copy editing, and talking point creation. Min Salary $54,222.94 Mid Salary $61,000.81 – We offer a competitive salary package that will be determined based on the candidate’s experience level and qualifications related to the job. Compensation will be commensurate with your level of experience. Duties/Functions Difficult Challenges Contacts Education Required Associates degree and 3 years’ experience in marketing, digital media, advertising, or relevant field Education Preferred Experience Required Minimum of three years’ applicable experience or a combination of education and experience. Experience in social media and content development Experience with content creation and management Experience Preferred KSA Required Basic graphic design Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Must be creative, flexible and have strong writing and editing skills KSA Preferred Department/Job Specific Requirements The following (compliance) training is required and must be completed within the first 30 days of hire with annual refresher training thereafter: Ethics Safety/Shooter on Campus Personal Information Protection Training (PIP) Anti-Discrimination/Harassment & Title IX Other training may be required as determined applicable.
