10-15 hours per week (flexible) Responsibilities include: Draft, review, and revise practical guidance templates on environmental law documents. Review and update affidavits, agreements, and other related environmental law documents. • Supplement existing documents with state-specific, “how-to” practical guidance based on state law, local custom, and legal practice experience. .Law degree from an accredited law school Member, in good standing in at least one State. At least five years of experience practicing as an Environmental Litigator. Substantive experience drafting affidavits, agreements, and other related environmental documents Excellent writing, editing, and legal research skills Comfortable working in Microsoft Word with track changes and conducting online research Effective written and oral communication skills Ability to complete assigned projects by prescribed deadlines Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks effectively Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a practicing environmental l litigation attorney to be considered for this position.
