You, the Writer Editor of our dreams,balance creativity with a willingness to roll up your sleeves anddive into research. As much as you love the art of wordsmithing,you believe that content should be accurate, factual, and true toeach client’s unique brand. In addition to an eye for detail,grammar and fact-checking, you have a knack for synthesizing thatinformation and making it human and relatable for audiences. You’reable to juggle a variety of tasks, as well as uncover potentialroadblocks and map solutions. There’s no doubt that you bring aunique perspective to the table. You are innovative, curious,deadline-oriented and a bit of a perfectionist (in the best waypossible). You have a diverse and well-crafted writing portfoliothat showcases your skills and expertise.
Role Highlights:
You’reequally at home writing punchy, voice-driven copy that reels peopleinto a brand story as you are writing long-form content thateducates. When it’s time to edit other writers’ work, you do itwith an eye for grammar, voice, fact-checking, and ensuring contentaligns with each client’s unique voice. You’ll also providethoughtful guidance and critiques to writers to help inform futurework. You’ll create and edit content (including blog posts, sitecopy, landing pages, social media, branded content, and more) forclients in a number of industries, ranging from healthcare totravel to SaaS. We work with a number of clients in highlyregulated industries. You’ll be our first line of defense to ensurecopy and content we create is original, compliant, well-sourced,and on-brand. You’ll be an internal content consultant,collaborating with your Seer teammates and clients to conceptualizeand create content. You’ll coordinate with Project Managers andProducers to map out timelines that are both fair and realistic forproject teams and client goals. While you have strong writing andediting skills, you also see the value of incorporating AI andinnovative tools into processes to help scale efforts if theoccasion calls for it. And you’re also good at discerning AIhallucinations from genuine fact. Stay ahead of industry trends,tools, and technologies, integrating cutting-edge innovations likeGenerative AI into the creative process to continually elevatedesign outputs

You have a natural curiosity and drive to askquestions, seek out answers, and convey that info to others in alanguage that speaks to them. Your Compensationand Benefits:
$75,000
- 85,000 annually.
Your final offeredcompensation will be determined by your skills and experience.
