Salary range:

$38,985.00 (minimum) – $55,559.00 (midpoint). Normal work hours are Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university. Duties Duties include, but are not limited to: Manages housing assignments utilizing technology and interpersonal care. Manages housing processes with consciousness of collective and individual resident needs. Resolves conflict relative to assignments, processes, policy, and misaligned expectations. Provides housing assignment services support to internal and external stakeholders. Maintains documentation, reconciles data, and reports information.

Qualifications Required:

A high school diploma and administrative experience in customer service role.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree. Housing software experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Must understand how to collaborate within a complex educational or business organization. Must understand how to mitigate risks and implement safety procedures within a team. Must be able to multi-task, make good decisions, and maintain working relationships. Must have core knowledge of administrative operations, software systems, and business communication. Must be able to communicate, written and oral, with variety of stakeholders. Must be able to learn, problem-solve, and innovate. Must be able to utilize technology, software, and devices to manage and document work.
