Hybrid position 40 hrs. per week Who we are looking for: We are currently seeking a Global Film & TV – Data Entry Temp to serve as key component of the team, acting as the administrative support point person for Interscope Capitol’s Publicity department. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, organizational, and creative skills. Prior marketing and administrative experience in the music/entertainment field is preferred. What to Expect as a Global Film & TV –
Data Entry Temp:
+ Responsible for entering the work copyright information onto the company’s database. + Ensuring all works data is entered correctly. + Process, standardize and report cue sheets for film and television. + Identify and report all issues requiring support to the Management. + Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications for
Success:
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. + Advanced Excel skills (including formulas) preferred. + Strong analytical background. + Excellent organizational skills. + Detail-oriented. + Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately, multi-task. + Ability to learn quickly and work proactively. + Works well in a team environment essential. + Desirable (but not essential) + experience using an AS400 system + Prior music publishing company experience in a copyright administration-related role Datrose is an equal opportunity employer.
