The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of retail sales, particularly in the lawn care and garden sectors. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create visually appealing designs that enhance our e-commerce presence and drive sales. The Designer will be responsible for developing innovative concepts that resonate with our target audience while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Responsibilities Develop and execute design concepts for marketing materials, product packaging, and digital content. Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials that effectively communicate product benefits. Utilize e-commerce platforms to enhance product visibility through engaging visual designs. Conduct market research to stay updated on design trends within the retail lawn care and garden industry. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Assist in cash handling processes during events or promotions, ensuring accurate transactions using cash registers or POS systems. Communicate effectively in English with team members and clients to understand project requirements and feedback. Experience Proven experience in a design role, preferably within the retail sales or e-commerce sectors. Familiarity with lawn care or garden products is highly desirable. Strong skills in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and other relevant design tools. Experience in cash handling and operating cash registers or POS systems is an advantage.
