Their mission is to challenge traditional intimates by combining technical innovation with elevated, functional design. With a loyal and growing customer base, they are building a product line that supports modern women in every aspect of their lives – from movement to relaxation. Currently, they are looking to add an Activewear Designer to their team.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Activewear Designer will lead design efforts for the women’s undergarment and performance wear collections. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in design, understands the technical nuances of garment construction, and is excited to bring fresh, relevant ideas to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACTIVEWEAR DESIGNER

Design innovative, trend-aware undergarments and complementary products (including sports bras, briefs, bodysuits, and soft layering pieces).
Drive the full design process from concept sketching to tech pack creation and production readiness.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs align with performance and fit standards.
Research and apply market trends, fabric innovations, and functional details within the intimates, swim, activewear, or lounge categories.
Oversee product launch timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of seasonal collections.
Collaborate with external contractors for print design or curate from pre-developed print libraries.
Uphold and evolve the brand’s visual identity and product integrity.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE ACTIVEWEAR DESIGNER

3 – 5+ years of experience in fashion design, ideally in intimates, swimwear, activewear, or loungewear.
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Deep knowledge of construction techniques, materials, fit, and technical design for women’s performance garments.
Print design experience.
Experience working with production teams and communicating with vendors/factories.
Must be based in Miami or open to relocation.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree is required.
