Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Manage Incoming Orders:
Oversee and process t-shirt orders with precision, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Order Management:
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure proper stock levels and on-time deliveries.
Quoting:
Provide customers with accurate quotes based on t-shirt type, design specifications, and order volume.
Embroidered, Screen Printed & Dye-Sublimated Apparel:
Have enough knowledge to choose the right production method for each job.
Meet Tight Deadlines:
Handle multiple orders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high quality and efficiency.
Customer Interaction:
Represent our brand to customers with professionalism, ensuring smooth communication and top-notch service. Additional skills that would be beneficial:
Graphic & T-Shirt Design:
Graphic and t-shirt design experience are a huge plus! You’ll work closely with our design team to ensure designs are ready for print, helping bring creative ideas to life.
Film-Making Knowledge:
Understanding how to print films for screen printing.
