Creative Product Designer For The Family Clothing Apparel Lake Wales, FL 33859 Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and design, with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing products. This role requires a strong understanding of color theory, graphic design principles, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. The Designer will play a crucial role in developing innovative designs that align with our brand vision. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop new design ideas. Create sketches and illustrations using Adobe Illustrator and other design software. Utilize knowledge of color theory to select appropriate color palettes for various projects. Manage product development from initial concept through to final production, ensuring quality and adherence to brand standards. Stay updated on current fashion trends and industry developments to inform design decisions. Assist in fabric selection and sourcing, as well as oversee the sewing process using a sewing machine. Prepare presentations for stakeholders to showcase design concepts and gather feedback. Qualifications Proven experience in fashion design or graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator. Solid understanding of product management principles related to fashion styling and design. Knowledge of color theory and its application in design projects. Experience with sewing machines and basic sewing techniques is preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
