$45 – 55 per hourWe’re looking for atalented Temporary CAD Designer to join our collaborative,team-oriented environment, where creativity and precision cometogether to support the development of original artwork for ourprivate label brands. In this role, you’ll leverage your skills inCAD software—including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Kaledo, and/orGeneration Digital—to design and recolor a wide range of textileelements such as prints, embroideries, beadwork, appliqués, andyarn dyes.

You’ll work closely with design managers and specialiststo execute artwork that aligns with seasonal timelines, whileprioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-drivensetting. Additionally, you’ll partner with our IT team and externalsupport vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,helping ensure our creative tools and equipment run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Uses technical andcreative knowledge and ability to execute finished, CAD artworkprojects based on the direction and needs of the Design Managersand Specialists.

Uses resources such as Adobe Photoshop, AdobeIllustrator, Kaledo and Generation Digital to design and recolorprints/repeats and embroideries, appliques and yarn dyes.

Preparescompleted, production-ready artwork package in a timely mannerbased on the product type.

Organizes materials and prioritizesprojects based on the department’s seasonal deadlines.

Ensures thatequipment and files are updated and maintained using internal andexternal technical support as needed.

Orders and maintains suppliesfor CAD equipment when needed.

Color matching of seasonal palette tobe used in CAD programs.

Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Apparel/Textile Designpreferred or equivalent experience.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator,Adobe Photoshop, Kaledo and/or Generation Digital.

Strong graphicdesign, illustration, print development capabilities.

Excellentcolor matching skills required.

Ability to take direction from manyassociates with varying communication styles.

Ability to handle andprioritize multiple projects.

Strong communication and interpersonalskills.

Comprehensive knowledge of the apparel/fashionindustry.

Portfolio of artwork or related design projects required.
