This role is ideal for someone passionate about children’s apparel and eager to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is a plus
• Experience with Lotta 3D design software is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipping and receiving through DHL/FedEx, including tracking and maintaining shipment records
• Manage all design samples: hanging, tagging, and photographing for the accounts team
• Order and organize color standards and assist in setting up color cards
• Create sketches of new silhouettes and contribute to seasonal design development
• Support fabric and trim sourcing and development
• Set up and maintain Walmart-specific CAD formats as required
• Enter sample requests and data into the Centric PLM system
• Maintain fabric and print libraries; create and organize binders and submit files
• Develop 3D designs using Lotta software for Walmart (training provided if needed)
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Design Director and Senior Designer on the team
