Associate Designer - Menswear
C-IN2 New York is a dynamic and forward-thinking men’s underwear brand known for its innovative design, quality craftsmanship, and modern aesthetic.
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Associate Menswear Designer to join our design team and help shape the future of our collections.
Position Summary:
As the Associate Menswear Designer, you will support the Design Director in the development of seasonal collections from concept to final sample. You will play a key role in trend research, sketching, fabric and trim selection, and tech pack creation.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of C-IN2 collections across multiple product categories.
Conduct market and trend research to support seasonal concepts.
Create detailed flat sketches and technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator.
Support fabric and trim sourcing, lab dip approvals, and development tracking.
Help prepare tech packs and maintain updates for sample development and production.
Participate in fittings and communicate revisions clearly to the factories.
Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, production, and marketing teams.
Organize design boards, fabric libraries, and archive references.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Menswear Design or a related field.
2+ years of relevant experience in menswear design.
Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail, proportion, and construction.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Familiarity with garment construction, fit, and manufacturing processes.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
