Responsibilities:

• Work closely with VP of Design through all phases of line creation and execution
• Research, shopping and stay up to date with current fashion trends, fabrications, innovations and colors.
• Create detailed sketches, manipulate prints, Create CADs and BOM for new development
• Create production Tech Packs
• Daily communication with factories to ensure accurate and on-time sample development
• Review and approve items such as, strike offs, lab dips, fabric swatches, protos.
• Create CAD/Proto Line sheets and color cards for showroom and specific customers.
• Attend fit sessions- understand basic measurements and specing

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in apparel industry.
• High Proficiency in Photoshop, and Illustrator,
• Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, Blue Cherry/PLM
• Strong fashion, color and print sense
• Ability to create basic and manipulate colors in existing graphics.
• Detailed and organized
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
