About The Job
We are looking for a talented Mid-Level Digital Designer with a solid foundation in brand and marketing design to create cohesive customer-focused experiences across digital platforms like websites, emails, social media, and paid assets. You will support the development and execution of our CRM and Digital Ad assets, as well as Retail assets. This role blends creative vision, design skills, and technical expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. The ideal candidate will help create and maintain engaging digital and printed design systems to enhance the customer journey and support business growth.
What You’ll Do
Assist in the creative process across channels—including email, social, paid media, and site—ensuring high-quality results.
Contribute to the design and development of E-commerce and digital assets that align with our brand identity.
Support the creation and maintenance of printed assets for retail, ensuring visual communication consistency.
Help develop and implement design systems that enhance the customer journey through innovative and user-centric solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications, as well as printed assets for retail.
Manage multiple projects, evaluating business priorities to deliver effectively.
Ensure consistency and quality control over concept work and execution.
Provide support in technical guidance for design feasibility and implementation.
Collaborate with the retail team to design engaging in-store experiences that enhance customer satisfaction.
Contribute to the brand’s evolution by exploring new ideas and production techniques.
Maintain visual consistency across projects by participating in feedback sessions and collaborative work.
Stay updated on industry trends to inspire creative brand expression.
About You
2-4 years of experience in a consumer-focused business/product, agency, or studio environment.
A portfolio showcasing strong conceptual and technical design skills across various digital mediums.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion software for creating scalable templates.
Experience in creating compelling visuals across brand touchpoints, including digital experiences and social media content.
Good verbal and written communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Solid understanding of core design fundamentals, including typography, composition, and color theory.
Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
A sense of accountability and ownership in driving projects to completion.
Experience in presenting to stakeholders and supporting decisions for enhancements or redesigns.
