Job Description
Technical Designer, NYC. Develop technical specs for women’s high end designer brand garment construction including tops and bottoms categories: woven, cut & sew, fit, draping & patternmaking; design & production; live model fittings; liaise with factories to ensure quality & conformance to specifications.
Req’d:
Associate degree fashion design & 2 yrs. experience job duties; Knowledge of Adobe illustrator and Excel programs; Model drawing for fashion design; Digital flats & specs; lifestyle collection design; 21st Century aesthetic Design with hi-tech fabrics; Apparel product labor analysis.
M-F, 9-5.
