You may be in the beginning stages of your career or highly experienced, the door is open to any individual that can follow direction. In this role, you will be starting in the front with sales. You will be required to learn our products and how we work, from the front of the shop to the back of the design room. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of design, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their floral needs. This position requires a passion for flowers and continued learning, along with the organizational skills to manage inventory and keep your area clean. Responsibilities Design and create floral arrangements that meet customer specifications. Bringing a creativity that can sell the products- upselling Cashing customers out/ Handling transactions Communicate with customers to understand their preferences and provide recommendations based on their needs. Manage inventory by tracking stock levels of flowers, supplies, and materials. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all tools and materials are readily available. Collaborate with team members to fulfill large orders or special requests efficiently. Stay updated on current trends in floral design. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to orders or products. Experience Previous experience in floral design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members.
