With an established presence in Antibes, France, we are now expanding our growing U.S. team in Fort Lauderdale. We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Florist to join our dynamic and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and assemble high-end eternal floral arrangements for custom orders and standard product lines Create floral concepts for events, yacht staging, and interior installations Manage floral inventory and liaise with internal teams for upcoming projects Unpack, prepare, and maintain preserved florals to ensure quality and longevity Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral studio Support occasional on-site floral styling or event set-up as needed Collaborate with the creative team on seasonal collections and new product development
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a florist (2+ years preferred) Floral Design Certification or formal training Experience with preserved florals is a plus, but not required Strong visual design sensibility with attention to detail Clear and professional communication (verbal and written) Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative start-up environment Experience in retail sales and customer service is beneficial although this is not a walk-in floral studio Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a plus
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (No weekends) – some flexibility required in high season Flexible and creative work culture Salary based on experience, please advise on your expectations
