Responsibilities Design and create floral arrangements for events, weddings, and retail sales. Consult with clients to understand their floral needs and preferences. Maintain knowledge of current floral trends and techniques to enhance design offerings. Manage inventory of flowers, supplies, and equipment to ensure availability for projects. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of sales. Assist in landscape maintenance as needed to ensure the health of plants used in designs. Collaborate with team members to execute large orders efficiently. Utilize e-commerce platforms to promote floral products and manage online orders. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their inquiries. Requirements Proven experience in floral design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a plus. Experience with cash handling and retail math is preferred. Knowledge of garden maintenance practices is beneficial. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms related to retail sales is advantageous. A creative mindset with attention to detail in all design aspects.
