Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we aim to cater to a diverse clientele. Responsibilities Design and create unique floral arrangements that meet customer specifications and preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs and offering expert advice on flower selection and arrangement styles. Maintain knowledge of current floral trends and techniques to ensure innovative designs. Manage inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality at all times. Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately. Assist in e-commerce initiatives by showcasing floral designs online and managing orders through digital platforms. Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized workspace and ensure timely completion of orders. Utilize retail math skills to track sales metrics and manage inventory effectively. Experience Proven experience in floral design is preferred, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong customer service background with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Familiarity with garden care techniques and flower maintenance is beneficial. Sales experience is a plus, as you will be expected to promote products effectively.
