The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in floral design and landscape maintenance, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life while maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. Duties Collaborate with customers to understand their design preferences and requirements. Create innovative floral arrangements and landscape designs that align with client expectations. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Maintain an organized workspace, including inventory management of design materials. Engage in teamwork and collaboration with other staff members to enhance overall service delivery. Skills Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus. Experience in retail sales and customer service, particularly in the floral or gardening industry. Strong floral design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
