Wait on customers and help them with their gift giving needs. Help with processing of flowers and inventory processing as needed. Take photos of arrangements made as needed. Help with the smooth running of the store, we are looking for a hard-working, team player, who believes in growing and improving with us with a friendly disposition. Minimum of 2 years of floral industry and design experience is required Summary As an Experienced Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements that meet customer needs and preferences. Reporting to the Floral Department Manager, your role emphasizes exceptional customer service and effective communication skills. Utilizing your core skills in retail sales and cash handling, you will manage transactions and assist customers in selecting the perfect floral designs. Your premium expertise in horticulture and floral design will be essential in crafting unique arrangements, while your organizational skills will ensure efficient inventory management.
