We are currently seeking a Wedding Signage Coordinator & Installer to join our dynamic Design Team. KEY REQUIREMENTS
Develop custom event signage according to client specifications, including seating charts, menu signs, bar signs, welcome signs, place cards, and more. Ensure designs are visually appealing, clear, and easy to read. Ensure accuracy in all signage (spelling, content, and design), maintaining the highest quality standards. Forecast, plan, and manage the purchase of signage materials, equipment, and supplies, while staying within budget. Track and manage inventory rental equipment, submitting purchase orders when needed. Self-manage the production timeline for signage orders, ensuring all orders are completed on schedule. Work closely with Designers, Event Planners, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of designs. Accept and implement constructive feedback, adapting designs based on client needs or changes. Assist with event load-in, setting up floral décor, linens, and other equipment. Install signage and collaborate with the team for efficient event setup. Help maintain an organized and clean Sign Office and Design Showroom. Answer phone calls and assist with office tasks, supporting the Front Desk Coordinator.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft 365. Experience designing custom signs, displays, or marketing materials. Proficiency in Canva for creating event signage and graphics. Experienced using Cricut for cutting vinyl and other materials. Familiarity with digital printing, vinyl, acrylic, and other materials commonly used in signage. Ability to adapt designs for various formats, ensuring designs are functional and visually appealing. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design and installation. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple design projects to completion. Ability to handle urgent issues and changes with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, carry, and walk for extended periods. Comfortable with indoor and outdoor event load-ins and setups. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable collaborating with clients, team members, and vendors in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to last-minute design changes or client requests. Reliable transportation.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience designing custom signs, displays or marketing materials. Prior experience in the event design or wedding industry. Ability to create custom graphics, logos, and digital illustrations. Understanding of print production techniques and materials. Ability to tailor designs to match event themes and client needs Knowledge of design principles such as typography, color theory, and visual composition.

COMPENSATION
