Job Description:
Must be willing and able to adopt the Apotheca design style; Must understand the art of production design•utilizing speed, accuracy, and artistry in harmonic unison; Consistently create unique and artful designs using palettes, styles, and containers that reflect Apotheca standards while consciously meeting required cost of goods criteria; Apply proper flower care and handling; Beginning-of-day and end-of-day set up including removal from cooler for displays and replacing into cooler at end-of-day; Keep flowers fresh and cooler displays maintained.
Candidate Characteristics:
Design experience in high end, high volume flower shop; Must be flexible and willing to work as a team as we gear up for our busy season. A clean driver’s license with the willingness and ability to deliver as needed; Must be able to lift minimum 30lbs; Team player who can interact seamlessly with other team members; Effectively manage time and prioritize shop needs; Self-motivated, up-beat personality who enjoys people; Must be organized with an acute attention to detail; Flexible hours required, including weekends and some holidays. Extended hours required during peak busy periods.
