We are seeking a creative and dedicated Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and design. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements. Your role will involve everything from daily floral arrangements to custom orders for special events.
Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements, including bouquets, centerpieces, and event decor.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and plants, offering suggestions and advice on floral care.
- Handle customer inquiries and orders via phone calls, ensuring a pleasant and efficient customer experience.
- Occasionally assist customers in person, providing personalized service and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Florist is preferred.
- Strong creative and design skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
