Studio + Event Assistant (Floral Design Studio) Position Available In Greene, New York

Studio + Event Assistant (Floral Design Studio) Village Blooms Village Blooms is a small but growing floral studio focused on weddings, events, and everyday floral design. We’re looking for someone organized, reliable, and interested in both the creative and operational sides of the business. This role includes everything from processing flowers and setting up installations to helping with client communication and admin tasks. Experience with events or floral work is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person. You might be a great fit if you’re:

• Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with clients
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to manage basic tech tools like email and CRMs (or willing to learn)
• Comfortable with physical work
• Available for weekends and flexible with changing schedules
• Looking to be part of a small, growing business Bonus if you have:
• Event or wedding industry experience
• Floral design knowledge or interest
• Customer service background
• A calm, can-do attitude This role includes:
• Studio support (processing flowers, organizing, prepping for events)
• On-site event setup and floral installations
• Client communication + CRM updates
