The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience working with flowers in a fast paced retail flower shop setting. They are stylistically diverse with a sincere desire to learn and design within the Polites Florist aesthetic. They are a self starter with a positive attitude who enjoys interacting with people. Full Time Hours & Saturday availability a must (more during holiday seasons) Qualified applicants will be tested on their design ability. Candidate must be reliable and dependable with references. Responsibilities and Duties Must be knowledgeable in a variety of designs and styles. Ability to design under pressure and in a team setting required. Must have retail experience, customer service experience, as well as floral design experience. Duties to include but not limited to maintaining a clean and well stocked sales floor, knowledge of the product, able to design floral arrangements and other flower shop duties. May be asked to work at satellite store
