Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design and creating beautiful arrangements. This role offers the opportunity to showcase creativity and bring joy to our customers through stunning floral displays.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and special events
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect floral designs
• Maintain inventory stock and order fresh flowers and supplies as needed
• Keep the store and work area clean and organized
• Assist with landscape maintenance of indoor plants and garden displays

Experience:

• Previous experience in floral design or related field is preferred
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Proficiency in using cash registers for processing sales
• Knowledge of sales techniques to promote products effectively
