Job Description
As a Fruit Expert and Designer, you are responsible for creating our sweet, sweet products. That means dipping, cutting and arranging delicious treats (while following the proper operational procedures). You would ensure Edible service standards are met and surpassed by providing Guests with an experience that Wows.
Additional Responsibilities:
Build arrangements according to our brand standardsPrepare a variety of arrangements according to guests’ orders or supervisors instructions, following approved procedures and proper portionsizesWash, peel and or cut various fruit to prepare for arrangingPackage arrangements or dipped fruitPerforms cleaning tasks in accordance with the cleaning standards and work as a store team playerClean work area, equipment, utensils and dishesRemove trash and clean kitchen waste containersFollow proper food sanitation and handling proceduresDemonstrate a strong understanding of product knowledge and quality standardsWelcome and connect with every Guest to provide excellent Guest serviceDiscover guest needs and appropriately suggest products with every guest to enhance the guest experienceUse effective sales approaches and display strong knowledge of product lineEffectively Guest inquiries into salesBuild long term relationships and build the trust and loyalty of guestRespond to guest needsManage difficult guest situations in a calm and professional mannerTake responsibility to learn all aspects of the positionLearn and demonstrate creating the Edible ExperienceAll other duties as assigned
