Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic visual merchandising associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for ceramics, and strong skills in customer service. This part-time role will involve managing our showroom, and working in the pottery studio. Key Responsibilities > Showroom Management Create and maintain visually appealing displays that promote and optimize sales. Ensure the showroom is well-stocked, clean, and organized. Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed. > Customer Service Provide exceptional service to retail customers and showroom visitors. Manage phone and email inquiries, and process orders efficiently. Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care. Ideal Schedule Part-time position, 9-5, includes a weekend day.
