The Center for Instruction, Technology & Innovation is the Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) for Oswego County, NY. CiTi PR is currently seeking a Graphic Design Specialist who will work with a set of school districts and assist in elevating the visual of school brands and communications plans.
