We’re looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our in-house Art Department and play a key role in shaping the visual identity of client campaigns, marketing collateral, and custom merchandise. Position Summary This role involves designing and preparing artwork for branded merchandise, promotional products, marketing materials, and company stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and production processes related to custom-printed products. Key Responsibilities Product & Merchandise Design

  • Create and prepare artwork for promotional products, ensuring designs meet branding guidelines and supplier specifications. Pre-Production & Proofing
  • Develop digital mock-ups, proofs, and presentations for clients; revise based on feedback and follow Art Department protocols. Marketing & Sales Support
  • Design marketing materials, presentations, catalogs, and digital assets to support sales initiatives. Brand Compliance
  • Ensure all designs align with client brand standards, guidelines, and quality expectations. Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with sales, account managers, coordinators, and suppliers to execute creative projects effectively. File Management & Production Prep
  • Prepare print-ready files and ensure proper formatting for , embroidery, digital printing, and other methods. Trend & Industry Awareness
  • Stay current with design trends, promotional product innovations, and industry best practices. Internal Website Management
  • Help manage the company’s Art Vault and contribute to maintaining the Art Department’s intranet page. Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the promotional products or print industry. Software Proficiency
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with Dreamweaver, ESP, CorelDRAW, or similar is a plus. Production & Print Knowledge
  • Familiar with screen printing, sublimation, embroidery, and laser engraving; understanding of vector artwork and Pantone color systems. Attention to Detail
  • Strong layout, color, and typography skills with a consistent eye for brand compliance. Time Management
  • Able to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creativity & Problem-Solving
  • Capable of generating innovative design solutions that elevate brand messaging.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in the promotional products industry is a plus. Familiarity with vendor art requirements and file submission protocols. Understanding of e-commerce and company store platforms. High-volume production experience without compromising quality. Ability to reprioritize tasks based on changing business needs.
